The Street,
West Horsley

The Street was a complex site that required land assembly over a number of Titles. This site was promoted alongside the emerging Guildford Local Plan and following its adoption obtained a detailed planning consent for 23 units.  The development is a joint venture with Brookworth Homes and comprises of a mixture of 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes across a variety of tenures. Following the successful grant of planning permission, construction is nearing completion.
